Workshop-grade torque: Giustaforza 10-60 Pro Evo and Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed
Why torque is a professional matter
A modern bike is a stack of torque specifications. Carbon seatposts and stems ask for 4–6 Nm, bottom brackets and cassette lockrings for 35–50 Nm. Miss either end and the result is the same: crushed carbon, a creaking bottom bracket or a bolt that works loose on a descent.
In a professional workshop, "tight enough" is not a value. Every bolt is set to the number printed on the part, with a tool that can prove its own accuracy. That is the standard Giustaforza wrenches are built to, and two tools in the range are designed for exactly that job: the new Giustaforza 10-60 Pro Evo and the Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed.
What makes a torque wrench professional
A professional tool is defined less by its price than by what it guarantees over time. Every Giustaforza is built around four principles:
-
Measured accuracy, not a promise. ±4% tolerance over nominal value, guaranteed for 5,000 cycles (5,000 clicks).
-
Not a throw-away gadget. Giustaforzas can be recalibrated, every time renewing the 5,000 cycles spot-on tightening behaviour. Just ask many pro-team mechanics and proud shop owners about their old - and still functioning - Giustaforza
-
Purely mechanical. A click-type mechanism with no batteries and no electronics: shock tolerant, nothing to run flat mid-job.
-
No plastic parts. Metal bodies with laser-etched inscriptions.
When the torque is reached, a loud click and 3° of free movement tell you to stop. No guessing, no screen to read.
New: Giustaforza 10-60 Pro Evo

The Giustaforza 10-60 Pro Evo covers the highest torque values on a bicycle, from 10 to 60 Nm: bottom brackets, cassette lockrings, crank bolts. It takes its design from the smaller Giustaforzas and scales it up for daily workshop use.
-
Reversible ratcheting head, 3/8" square. Switch direction by rotating the crown around the silver screw on the head: no repositioning between strokes, faster work on the stand.
-
Calibrated in both directions. The wrench clicks at the set value counter-clockwise too, so left-hand threads are tightened to spec, not by feel.
-
Steel body, 370 mm long, 1,020 g. The length gives leverage and control at 50–60 Nm, the steel construction takes years of bench use.
-
3/8"–1/2" adapter included, so it fits the sockets and tools a workshop already owns.
Setting it takes seconds: pull the safety ring, rotate the handle to the value, choose the ratchet direction and tighten until the click.
Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed: the mechanic's precision tool

Launched last year, the Giustaforza 1-15 Fixed is the wrench for the bolts where a fraction of a Newton metre matters: stems, seatpost clamps, handlebars, carbon components.
-
Very small, non-ratcheting fixed head. It reaches where ratchet heads do not fit, such as tight seat clamps.
-
Open-end wrench compatible. With the 1/4" hex-to-square adapter (included) it drives open-end wrenches (not included), for example on the flare nuts of hydraulic brake hoses.
-
0.1 Nm resolution. Set the value on the micrometric scale with the self-locking dial: pull, rotate, release.
-
Under 190 g, 173 mm. Less than half the weight of other wrenches in this range, so at low torque you feel the click, not the weight of the tool.
-
Certified. Hard-anodized aluminum body, compliant with DIN ISO 6789 and ASME B 107.300-2010.
The Deluxe version adds a bicycle-specific bit set in S2 steel (62 HRC): ten 25 mm bits, three 100 mm bits (hex 4, hex 5, T25) and a 100 mm extension. Enough for every high-end groupset.
Note: the 1-15 Fixed is calibrated for clockwise tightening. For calibrated counter-clockwise work in the same range, choose the Giustaforza 1-15 Pro Evo.
Two wrenches, the whole bike
Together they cover every torque value on a modern bicycle, from 1 to 60 Nm, with an overlap at 10–15 Nm.

Workshop services, open to every rider
A professional tool needs professional after-sales. The services we normally reserve for bike shops are available to every Giustaforza owner, whether you run a workshop or wrench at home.
Recalibration in our Swiss lab. After 5,000 clicks, the recalibration service (50 CHF plus shipping) resets the ±4% tolerance for another 5,000 cycles. Every wrench is:
-
thoroughly cleaned and professionally lubricated;
-
recalibrated in our laboratory in Bioggio, Switzerland;
-
returned with an official calibration certificate, for full traceability.
We aim to process each wrench within 10 days. The service covers every Giustaforza, however old: most can be recalibrated several times and stay in service for lifetime.
One-to-one technical advice. Not sure which wrench fits your bike, or which value a component needs? Contact our technical team directly: the same support we give our dealers, available to you.
Torque you can prove
The 10-60 Pro Evo for the heavy-duty bolts, the 1-15 Fixed for the delicate ones, and a Swiss lab behind both. That is how professional workshops work, and now how you can too.
