CHARACTERISTICS

One brush, two sets of bristles

Cog Brush is specifically designed to remove mud and dirt from chain and sprockets. It is equipped with two different sets of bristles:

  • the one on the tip, small but with longer and harder bristles, reaches the dirt inside the cassette, in the spaces between the sprockets.

Functional handle

The curved and thin handle can be slipped between the cogs and act against the mud deposited in the cassette (up to 10 speeds), thanks to the teeth in the lower part.

Made to last

FAQ

What is Cog Brush used for?

Specifically designed to remove mud and dirt from chain and sprockets. Thanks to its double set of bristles, it is able to reach the dirt even inside the cassette, in the spaces between the sprockets.

How can I use Cog Brush?

We recommend using it together with Allpine Extra, the biodegradable degreaser suitable for deep cleaning of the chain.

And what about the thin and toothed handle?

The handle slips between the sprockets to remove dirt, but only for transmissions up to a maximum of 10 speeds, as the spacing for 11, 12 and 13 speeds is too narrow. For transmissions from 11 speeds up, the same task is performed by the brush positioned on the tip of the Cog Brush, with thick and long bristles.
